25. Al-Furqan (The Criterion): 48

It is He who sends the winds as heralds of good news before His Mercy. We send down pure water from the sky, (Abdul Haleem)

And it is He who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy [i.e., rainfall], and We send down from the sky pure water (Saheeh International)
